Early Childhood Development Program

Offers a variety of childcare options for families with children under 6 years. — Service provides:

• full-time and part-time childcare and drop-in / respite care for all families, including those with low-income

Includes:

• offer of 1 day per week free respite care
• enhanced ratios
• 3 meals a day
• access to Family Support Services and other Bissell supports such as housing, mental health, and employment
• a safe, supportive, educational environment for children to play and learn in
• time so that parents can access other services, interview for a job, or attend appointments
