About This Program
Offers support for parents and caregivers. — Service offers:
- a variety of support groups and programs for parents, expecting parents, and caregivers
Includes:
- Baby and You – a group for expecting parents and parents with young infants to get together and discuss topics such as pregnancy nutrition, infant development and safety, and engage in activities including crafts, rhymes, and songs
- pre- and post-natal supports and services
- CARE Program – opportunities for parents to network with other parents and have facilitated conversations about common experiences in raising young children and managing self-care
