Offers a comprehensive family, child, and community program designed to meet the unique needs of vulnerable children and families. — Service offers:
- a classroom-based program for children the year prior to kindergarten at various locations in Edmonton
Includes:
- individualized educational support in small classes
- speech and language assessment and therapy
- health and socio-economic assessment and therapy
- parent education and support through groups and in-home support
Affiliation: Interagency Head Start Network (IHSN) Key Provider: behaviour specialists, early childhood educators, occupational therapists, social workers, speech language pathologists
