About This Program
Offers engineering day camps for students in elementary and junior high school. — Service offers:
- summer day camps that focus on different topics in engineering
Includes:
- a variety of topics: chemical, biomedical, mechanical, robotics, and electrical engineering
- on-campus day camps
- off-campus day camps in smaller communities across Alberta for Indigenous communities
- Green and Gold combo camps – combines biomedical and chemical engineering with sports
- Girls, Engineering, and Mentorship (GEM) camps – inspires girls to explore engineering
Eligibility
Yes, Service targeted to:
- on-campus camps – students in grades 1 to 9
- off-campus camps – students in grades 1 to 6
- Girls, Engineering, and Mentorship (GEM) camps – female and female-presenting students in grades 2 to 9
